500W Electric Heater for Hot Stamping with 70x50 mm Plate.

500 W electric heater for cliché stamps, adaptable to our hot stamping stamps.

This is a portable electric heater, easy to use for marking on different types of items, such as:

• Wood
• Leather
• Food such as cheese, bread/rolls or meat. N.B.: product without certification for food use.

The stamps are easy to change and heating is very fast (just follow the illustrations in our instruction sheet).

To create the stamps, we need the graphic file in vector pdf format or high-resolution jpg, in both cases in black and white (not in color or grayscale).

WE RECOMMEND:

• Creating a solid logo or one with well-defined outlines.
• Using a suitable lettering such as uppercase or lowercase block letters. Be careful with cursive fonts, if they have thin lines, which make the stamp fragile.

USE OF THE HOT STAMPING MACHINE

• Once the required temperature has been reached, stamp on clean surfaces, without stains or imperfections.
• Initially, do the first tests on scrap materials.

N.B.: the heating element (resistance) is considered a consumable and as such is not covered by warranty, however we will be available for any eventuality.
